Grants & Programmatic Funding

Strose Health pursues eligible grant opportunities and programmatic funding partnerships in health innovation, education, outreach, and prevention — where our structure and focus align with funder priorities.

Our Approach

Responsible Pursuit of Eligible Funding

As a for-profit company, Strose Health is eligible for certain types of programmatic funding — including Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR), contract-based grant mechanisms, and select federal and state health program funding where commercial entities are eligible applicants.

We approach grant pursuit with discipline and transparency. We do not overclaim eligibility, and we partner with legal and compliance advisors to ensure all funding applications align with funder requirements.

Where program alignment exists, we also seek partnerships with eligible nonprofit organizations — including community health organizations and research institutions — to serve as complementary project partners in collaborative grant structures.

Funding Eligibility Notes

  • Strose Health is a for-profit entity — nonprofit-only funding is outside our scope
  • SBIR/STTR mechanisms for small businesses may be applicable for eligible programs
  • Contract-based grant structures (IDIQ, cost-reimbursement) may be appropriate for government health programs
  • Partnership structures with nonprofits or academic institutions may expand funding access
  • All funding pursuit is subject to legal and compliance review

Collaborative Funding Structures

Strose Health is open to collaborative grant structures with nonprofit organizations, research institutions, and community health partners where our operational capabilities complement the eligibility and mission of the lead applicant.

Potential partnership structures include: subrecipient roles in nonprofit-led grants, co-development of health programs with academic partners, and delivery-focused partnerships where Strose Health provides operational infrastructure for nonprofit-administered programs.
